Training

Heron Air is able to develop training programs for “ab initio” crews or to impart specific training for flight and ground crews with previous experience.

All the training is developed with the method of CBT providing also the development of all manuals for the training and use of military aircraft. The Training Team, made up of Heron Instructors, Training Experts, computer experts and interpreters mother tongue, can design, develop and conduct:

• Aircrew Theoretical Knowledge, Simulator and Flight Training (Pilot, Flight Engineer and Loadmaster)
• Ground Crew Theoretical Knowledge and OJT (Military and civil categories)
• Basic Training Programs (Initial Qualification) through Tactical/Advanced Training Programs (Low Level, Short/Unprepared runways operations, Airdrop..)
• Courseware CAI and CBT/WBT, delivered in stand-alone mode or through an LMS (Learning Mgm System) and/or LCMS (Learning Content Mgm System)

 

The training is conducted in accordance with FAA directives - Part 141 (Appendix K), DCMA INST 8210.1, AFI 10-220, AR 95-20, NAVAIRINST 3710.1F and COMDTINST M13020.3 even maintaining the ability to conduct training itself in accordance directives JAR / Part.

We provide training support to the armed forces and for the aviation industry by providing instructors pilots, ground crew instructors technicians and engineers and all the logistics to provide training in remote and hostile areas.
